My personal opinion from using it several times is that it is a nice cream cleanser. It cleans well and leaves skin feeling soft and smooth, and no irritation to my eyes or skin or tightness after using.
For me, the Glucoside Foaming Cleanser removes my mascara quicker and easier than this, but I need to use this for a couple of weeks to give you a better review. If you were to double cleanse, I would use this as a second cleanse.
