The Ordinary took on board all the comments from their community, including all the feedback in the Deciem Chat Room, and decided to improve it. The new Hyaluronic Acid + B5 now includes ceramides for lipid barrier support. They have added an extra form of Hyaluronic Acid, which now has 5 forms. The new formula provides instant plumping and hydration, giving softer, smoother, healthy-looking skin. It promotes skin suppleness and elasticity and minimizes the appearance of fine, dry lines. Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid is excellent for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

My thoughts on the new Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5
You can instantly see and feel the difference as you compare the new Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 & Ceramides alongside the original version. The latest version is much more lightweight, and the way it drops from the pipet is so much smoother, quicker and not gloopy like the original version can be. It feels silkier on the skin and absorbs really well. It´s undoubtedly more hydrating and leaves skin feeling and looking plumper. It´s definitely an improved formula!

The Deciem Event
It’s been so hard keeping this quiet! Back in November, some members of the Facebook Group and I were invited to The Ordinary HQ in Toronto for the first in-person event ever. This was what the event was about – launching the brand new Hyaluronic Acid + B5 + Ceramides formula.
