The Ordinary Multi-Active Delivery Essence is the 2nd new product to be released this year. The first new product of the year was Growth Factors 15%. This brand new essence will be launching on the 25th February.

Take a look at the Multi-Active Delivery Essence
This is one of the first samples I received in September 2024 when I was invited to The Ordinary HQ. It was one of the most remarkable events, and it included a look at all the brand-new products coming in 2025. The Essence will come in a bottle and be 100ml. It´s incredibly lightweight and leaves skin feeling soft, silky and hydrated. You would use this directly after cleansing and before applying your serums.
What does The Ordinary Multi-Active Delivery Essence do?
Well, it´s a hydrating and conditioning essence that primes your skin for active ingredient absorption and is proven to double the penetration of The Ordinary Niacinamide after 1 hour.
This conditioning formula provides immediate hydration and softness, leaving the skin smoother. Its lightweight, water-based texture helps strengthen the skin barrier with just one use while keeping skin nourished throughout the day for a radiant glow.
When will the new Essence by The Ordinary launch?
25th February 2025. Products typically go live around 9am or 10am EST. But times can change.
How much will the new essence cost by The Ordinary?
We are waiting for all the currencies, but it will be just under 14€, 16.50$ CAD

My Personal Views So Far
I only have a tiny amount in a small sample bottle to try, and I have been using this for about 4 days now, so it´s not a full review. What I can tell you is that when I apply directly after cleansing, it leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth and hydrated. I have been applying my serums on top, and I do feel they are absorbing better. I can often get those dreaded “bits,” but I´ve noticed this isn´t happening. I chop and change products as I´m always trying things out, so maybe it´s just a coincidence – let´s see! I can´t wait to get a whole bottle to really give this a go.
